The Sanctuary of Hekate Hygieia was conceived as a meeting place for like-minded people who are interested in study, self-improvement and service work and seek healing or advice.
I lead a very quiet life, my days spent largely alone and in silence and I practice yoga and meditation on a daily basis. I also devote a lot of time to my large, rather wild, garden and like to draw or paint as a meditative process.
Although I feel very much like a beginner on the mystical path, I nonetheless look back on 65 years of life experience and will gladly share my knowledge and experience with fellow students.
